Who Framed Roger Rabbit 2

In spring 2015, a sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit was being worked on. It would be a prequel to the first movie, set five years before the events in that film and telling the story about how Roger met Jessica. It would also based off of the 1952 film The Stooge, starring Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis.

The prequel was originally pitched in 1998. As of 2025, no further information is available from Disney about the status of the film.
