Richard Edmund Williams (March 19, 1933 – August 16, 2019) was a Canadian-British animator, voice actor, director, and writer, best known for serving as animation director on Who Framed Roger Rabbit, for which he won two Academy Awards.

As well as being the animation director, he also voiced Droopy, and, after the film, voiced him again in Tummy Trouble.
