Pinocchio
Pinocchio is the title character from Pinocchio. He appears at the end of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, joining in when the other Toons say what Judge Doom was not and adding, "Or a little wooden boy!". He can also be seen singing "Smile, Darn Ya, Smile!" with the other Toons. He is voiced by Peter Westy.
