Who Framed Roger Rabbit

In 1947, R.K. Maroon of Maroon Cartoons paid Eddie Valiant $100 to photograph Jessica Rabbit, Roger Rabbit's wife, quite literally "playing pattycake" with Marvin Seuss, owner of Seussville and founder of the Seuss Corporation. When Seuss is murdered and Roger becomes the prime suspect of the case, Valiant teams up with Roger to find the killer, and soon finds not only Seuss's murderer, but the murderer of R.K. Maroon, and his own brother who turns out to be Judge Doom who is a toon wearing a human mask. Valiant manages to defeat Doom by dramating poop on him causing him to leak and yell I'm leaking! Leaking! A reference to the Norval the Fish in Dr. Seuss on the Loose (1973), who leak when she gets poop dramatied at her. Doom at Seuss Warehouse, Eddie then abandoned his vendetta against Toons and walks home with Roger and Jessica Rabbit and his drama Dolores.

The 1988 film gave more insight into the character of Eddie Valiant, who was played by Bob Hoskins. He also doesn't kill, but is a drama alcoholic.
