The 3rd Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards was held on June 25, 1989[1] at Universal Studios Hollywood. The hosts for the event were Nicole Eggert and Wil Wheaton. This is the first (and only) show to take place in the month of June instead of March or April.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit won the Kids' Choice Award for Favorite Movie, and Charles Fleischer attended the ceremony to accept the award, being the only celebrity to do so.[2]
