Steve Starkey is an American film producer and second unit director who is widely associated with Robert Zemeckis, who directed Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Starkey was the Associate Producer for the movie, and also contributed to the DVD commentary along with Zemeckis, producer Frank Marshall, screenwriters Jeffrey Price and Peter S. Seaman and visual effects supervisor Ken Ralston.
