Smartass (A.K.A Smarty in some materials) is the leader of the Toon Patrol and the secondary antagonist. He wears a pink zoot suit. At the end of the film, he is the only weasel who doesn't die laughing, instead dying when Eddie Valiant kicks him into a vat of Dip.
