"Taxi Turmoil!" Story

While out for a drive on a sunny day, in Toontown, Roger and Benny are ambushed by a literal bike gang. Roger and Benny barely escape and decide to ask Rick for help. After setting up their own trap, Rick, Roger, and Benny capture one of the cycles, but he refuses to talk out of fear of his BIG boss.

Roger and Benny follow the tire tracks to a garage. They find out that the culprit behind the attack is a hearse named Stretch, a rival of Benny's who used to be in movies as well but was kicked out duo to the studio's preference of smaller cars. Stretch hopes that by illuminating Benny and the other small cars, the studio will have no choice but to hire him back.

Roger and Benny inform Rick and Rick sets up another trap to capture the Cycle Gang. The plan works, however the Police Department as no evidence on Stretch, so they can't arrest him. But Rick has an idea. They confront Stretch with a series of parking tickets that he's piled up. Including in a bathroom. Parking tickets in Toontown are not a serious offense, but in the Real World things are different. Rick threatens to tell the movie studios about Stretch's tickets, thus barring him from ever working in movies again.

Stretch confesses and Rick and Roger are praised as heroes to all of the toon cars.
