While searching the ''Ink and Paint Club'' for clues, Rick and Roger find the piece of the note that was ripped off. The note was signed "Big Bill". Sounds like a toon name. Having never heard the name before, Roger suggests talking to Baby Herman, who "knowns anybody who is anybody in Toontown". Baby Herman doesn't know much on Big Bill but he suggests looking for one of his thugs named Wally Weasel.

Rick and ~~Riger~~ follow Wally Weasel to Big Bill's place. They overhear that something is going down soon. Calling for Benny the Cab, Rick and Roger follow Big Bill and his Weasels back to the ''Ink and Paint Club''. They find Duke tied up and Big Bill trying to make off with Jessica. Duke informs Rick that there is a bomb in the club. Roger lures the Weasels into an ice box to capture them, but he ends up accidentally trapping himself, as well, and they all freeze. Rick finds the bomb under the stage and stops it.

The police arrive to arrest Big Bill and the Weasels. Rick finds Roger frozen solid, but Jessica is able to thaw him out with a single kiss. Duke thanks Rick for his help and Roger suggests that he and Rick go into business together. Rick considers it after Roger offers to pay half his rent.
