Koko the Clown
Koko the Clown is a retired character from Flesicher Studios. A clown who resembles him appears in the film. His black hat is replaced. He has pink hair like clowns. He has a red shirt with three cotton yellow balls & now has pink or white flipper or shoes like clowns wear.
It's debatable whether this is actually meant to be Koko or not. Perhaps it's his brother, Kofee the Clown.
