April Jennifer Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, writer, radio host and color commentator. She is known for voicing Clarabelle Cow in the Disney franchise since 1996.

She voiced Mrs. Herman and provided Baby Herman's baby voice in Who Framed Roger Rabbit and the short films that followed.
