April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960[1]) is an American actress, writer, and radio host. She is perhaps best known as the second and current voice of Clarabelle Cow, having voiced the character since 1996.

She voiced Mrs. Herman and provided Baby Herman's baby voice in Who Framed Roger Rabbit and the short films that followed.
